This is a vintage Issey Miyake Permanente mint green long sleeve sheer crinkle top that is in a mock turtleneck style.  Issey Miyake launched the Permanente label 1985, using his original shapes and some of the fabrics found in his previous collections. We love that this piece can be layered or worn on its own!

This top fits a range of sizes from an oversized small to a more fitted Medium/Large, and it has quite a bit of stretch. Please use the measurements as a guide for the most accurate fit.
