Carhartt Visner Parka Jacket
A lightweight parka from Carhartt, the Visner fishtail jacket is constructed from nylon Cordura which provides a robust, water-resistant finish. The standard fit includes a slightly longer silhouette compared to previous editions, the hem on this version finishes just above the knee whilst two cotton pull cords allow you to adjust the fit to be closer to the body. Designed for function, the adjustable hood can be removed which allows for different styling possibilities, three different pull cords in the hem, waist and hood allow for re-sizing to suit. The front closure has a double fastening which includes a personalised zip and hidden snap buttons, which both work well to block out cold chills. Two angled front pockets have secure snap closures and one hidden inner chest pocket has a small tab of velcro which keeps any valuables safely locked away.
Made to be tough and long-lasting, this parka jacket takes note from characteristics from military silhouettes that have stood the test of time. Updated to suit modern day, the nylon shell isn’t bulky but still offers ample coverage and various adjustable sections mean you can cater the fit to your liking.
