Absolutely gorgeous and soft, rare 70s vibrant floral velvet turtleneck. The cut of the body reminds me of 30s bias cut and it has pretty button loop closures at the back of the neck. I’ve seen this fabric once in a dress, but never in a top. I think this may have been handmade. The color is hard to capture, but it’s a beautiful deep blue green and changes in with how the light hits it.
